How I became the leading health expert for busy bodies just like you

I’m Dina, Registered Dietitian, NLP coach and leading health expert for over 17 years.

I am a busy body taking care of my family, my 2 clinics and my online business (read: I am always on the go, so I know what to do to stay in check no matter how busy life gets).

The 28-day meal planning guide is a proven menu planning that works with the human body to balance its physical health and has been tested over and over, always giving great results!

The grocery guide and recipes are all provided to you so that you have nothing to plan…other than seeing a time each week to get the work done. 

Q. Will I lose weight?
You may or may not lose weight.

The Meal Planning Guide is about nourishing your body, getting it out of the starvation mode it might have been through with yo-yo dieting, and offer portion planning as well depending on your goals. 

And if you stop overeating because you are famished when you get home, and nourish your body every single day to boost it’s metabolism, you will be able to listen to your hunger and fullness cues better, which is the first healthy step to reach a healthy weight 🙂
